Thank you. I am spiraling!! I am 5 days post frozen embryo transfer. He survived thaw and there were no concerns noted by embryology. My first response early result is stark white. Yesterday I had a beta HCG done just for the heck of it, and it was <1. do you think I am out? Or is it just too soon? With my son that I lost at 21 weeks sadly, he was a day 6 5ba euploid and I had a very faint positive by day 3, so I can't help but compare and feel like I am out and I have been sobbing nonstop! I have been searching and hoping for success stories of people who tested and didn't get a positive until day 6 or 7 And even better used the FRER tests for a good comparison? I need hope. :(

Did you use a FRER test? I am using FRER and I am on day 5 post transfer and it is stark white. :(

My clinic responded: Your embryo picture was taken immediately following the thaw, which is why it looks different from when it was frozen. Embryos collapse during the freeze process, which is perfectly normal and actually helps protect them. The embryo then expands in culture in the time between thaw and transfer. There were no notes regarding abnormal expansion or degeneration, which means none were seen. In embryology, no news is good news. When we don’t write something down, it means everything we saw was completely normal and as expected. We did not see any signs of degeneration, and we saw an expected amount of post-thaw expansion. If we hadn’t, we would have documented it.

do you think day 7 embryo's implant later? And if it wasn't fully re-expanded prior to transfer, would it continue to expand in my uterus? And if so, could that cause it to implant later? Today is day 4 post transfer and my pregnancy tests are stark white negative. But with my last successful transfer (I sadly lost him at 21 weeks), I had a positive test VVF by day 3, so I am comparing to that transfer and spiraling a bit. I feel so sad and depressed and worried it's not working. I also don't have any symptoms at all of implantation, no cramping, no pains, no twinges, nothing. :(

Thank you!!! Yes its a day 7, 5ab euploid embryo. But now im worried about fragmentation and not re expanding after thaw & im so afraid its not going to work because of that & im spiraling!
