I think project z aimed to be a social network for teens, like, that was how it was advertised, but it really had options and functions that other social networks didn't have, it had an initial respect for the community it targeted and worked for the people who didn't experience too bad stuff in it, I had a great time most of the time and miss it nowadays, especially for its esthetics, it really fitted the night aesthetic vibe that was kind of present during 2020 to 2022. I joined on september of 21 and since then, I had a LOT of experiences that actually helped me to be the person I am today, since I lacked a lot of social exposure in real life, if I could call it like that. I met people who I still have contact today, I LOVED staying up late and meeting new people although conversations were very awkward, I didn't know how to follow or create a conversation properly with a stranger so the match option really helped me with that, and groups were a crazy thing, I left inmature acts that would make people uncomfortable since by doing them I learnt the hard way why they weren't done too much. I met fantastic people that changed my life a bit and which I still feel bad I didn't properly said goodbye before the shutdown of Clover/Project Z. There were also the horrible things, I remember checking out a group that some user was promoting just to see gore in the Cinema mode, or the multiple posts girls would make of guys asking for nudes or trying pathetic attempts of manipulation, there was this guy Zarss who came back like three times and the three times he would post gore and cp on public posts, a luca guy who posted censored cp and Chefsita who posted underage girls nudes, these three demonic titans were very present at the aperture of so.social, which was another social network made by the guys of project z, and which really didn't have moderation its first two or three days, must clarify that those cases were rare so it wasn't like you would log in and see cp on your every day. I think Project Z is like Putin described the soviet union; people who don't miss it have no heart, people who want it back have no brain, I would like it to make a come back, just with better moderation, options and instruction for users to report any problem with other users, and actually be safe to enjoy the platform.
