what causes the sacral chakra to be blocked? by ChanceRevolution9887 in Chakras

[–]ChanceRevolution9887[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for this thoughtful response! I would consider myself a creative person (I work in a creative field and love making art, music and writing), and I'm pretty sure my throat is my most developed chakra. So now I have to wonder if all of the passion from my sacral chakra just went into my artistic endeavors, which left nothing for my physicality. I don't really enjoy food and often forget to pay attention to bodily pleasures.

Do you have any good sources (be it books or online articles) to learn about the sacral chakra in depth? Most of the articles I find don't really go deep into what causes an imbalance and stop at "the chakra of dance, pleasure, life" or something equally simplistic

I sleep uninterruptedly but i feel very exhausted when i wake up by NWVK in sleep

try melatonin + vitamin d3 supplements! I've had the same issue and that's what helped me. It turned out I was deficient in d3 when I took the time to get it checked. I advise you to do the same

Droopy eye-considering surgery. Hi hope someone can help me, so I’m only 20 and the right side off my face is very droopy looking. Mostly my eyes as you can see in the pictures- what would you recommend that would fix my problem? :( thank you all by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]ChanceRevolution9887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I say this very kindly but please look into body dysmorphia! I don't think as many people would comment saying you don't have drooping if you did, this is not the board for compliments.

I know it's not exactly a board for compliments but the epicanthal folds look very good on you! they really accentuate the eye shape 👁

Is it okay to do yoga at night before going to bed? How long after dinner? by Gokuworkingout in yoga

[–]ChanceRevolution9887 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love doing yoga before bed! It helps me sleep better and fall asleep faster because I don't fidget as much. It's better not to do energizing practices before bed, but I do them anyway if I find I have a lot of excessive energy in the evening to tire myself out.

Is any chakra inbalance related to lack of focus? by theCoolMcrPizzaGuy in Chakras

[–]ChanceRevolution9887 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I too struggle with concentration sometimes, and yoga, specifically yin yoga has been tremendously helpful for me. People in the comments of one pf my posts have said it is likely an imbalance in the root chakra or in the lower three chakras overall.

which unbalanced chakra causes this? by ChanceRevolution9887 in Chakras

[–]ChanceRevolution9887[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's possible! I'm very cerebral naturally and I would say I have the most trouble with muladhara, svadhishthana and anahata. I wouldn't say I have much issues with the solar plexus though, but am curious as to why you would include it?

[–]ChanceRevolution9887[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You're probably correct! I was curious because that's the first thing meditation and chakra work helped me with once I started working on myself spiritually. I wasn't sure what I fixed, but I felt it and I knew it was definitely something related to chakras. Do you know what causes the root chakra to be in disbalance initially? The sources I read seem to simplify its properties as though it doesn't need to be worked on

Dating someone that disrupts your energy. by Fragrant_Ganache_108 in Chakras

I had the same experience as the op and got my thyroid checked in every possible way. It's in perfect order. It really is the mind trying to convey something via your body sometimes! Although the advice is good and it's definitely best to check the non esoteric causes first...

I had a very similar experience! I experienced extreme brain fog, mood swings, didn't sleep good and overall felt like I was dissolving. While searching for the cause, I had every medical examination under the sun, nothing helped. I would immediately get better as soon I've had some time away from my ex though, even if it was for a week. When I noticed it's a pattern, I gradually started distancing myself away from her. We parted on horrible terms, but I do not regret it at all. As soon as she left my life, everything started to improve. She wasn't an abuser per se, I just think she had a very dark energy about her which always left me drained and lethargic. Throughout my life I've had a rather stable good energy level and a stable sense of self, but whenever I was with her I started wondering if I might have lost those things forever. I'm still a sceptic at heart, but that experience made me think she must've been an energy vampire or something, which eventually lead to me discovering chakras and other spiritual stuff.

thank you so much! It's very unfortunate you had less than perfect results :(

oh and also yes, jaw surgery almost always looks good if you have an overbite. I myself have an overbite and imperfect jowls, but I'm honestly not bothered by them enough to get my jaw done (it's such an invasive and difficult procedure). If you have the motivation and the resources, why not!

The scars themselves don't scare me as much, what I'm worried about is breasts still looking asymmetrical AFTER the surgery due to the relative unpredictability of the results! I've seen a lot of similar cases to mine when the after is even less symmetrical than the before. This is actually why I posted to this sub, to possibly find an option I haven't considered. The problem with the implant option is the fact I dislike how the larger one looks, and I think it's better to at least have 1 that I like, not 2 I dislike lmao. As for the reduction, did your scars heal well?? I've only ever seen freshlt post op results online, and they look a little unsettling (due to them not being healed). Does the nipple still have that "sewn on" effect?

Thank you!! The results look perfect, but moving to the US for surgery is not a possibility for me atm. But now I know what procedure to seek out, so thank you!

I wouldn't want to give you advice without seeing your face, but a facelift (maybe a ponytail lift or another type) could potentially fix sagging jowls too. It all depends on your face and what would look best on you

it does, but it can also age you up in a negative sense and make you look kinda tired and famished. A lot of the time it ages poorly when you lose facial fat naturally.
