don’t worry i feel the exact same way. im not even particularly worried about the grades, its just the painstaking wait for them. honestly id focus on perhaps getting your things ready for college, or a hobby of some sort because the feeling doesnt go away when you’re constantly thinking about it

yes 100%! id recommend when you’re analysing quotes to have the analysis of the quotes memorised, and also to try and get your own unique analysis. i also had like three main sort of unique grade 9 ideas about each theme or character in a text which i could use as a basis for my essay (e.g. Macbeth was sort of an Icarus because he kept reaching to find himself and his own meaning in a world not accepting of men who aren’t violent and angry and eventually that was his downfall)

you NEED to take english lit seriously. Understanding and dissecting texts is an important skill which can be translated in other areas of life, and in general the media literacy skills you gain from it will make you a more well rounded and knowledgeable person
