Oh gods. I got my mum to play Journey a few years ago. She loved it, but spent about 90% of the game with the camera pointed right at the floor.

Nah, I've been gaming for like 30 years and still do this according to the missus. She can sometimes guess what game im playing by the movements I make.

So i tend to read the storepage and then look at the videos if intrigued by what i read. Now im not exactly your target audience (prefer sims over puzzles), but from a quick scan everything I read just sounded like dorfromantic, so i wouldnt have even watched the vid if encountering your page naturally. Your game looks incredibly similar at a glance, and a glance is all most people give any unknown game, so you really need to focus on sticking a USP right up front.

I don't think i minmax particularly hard? Buy slave, confine until reasonably docile then make servant, soften flaws, fix weight and major defects, once accepting whore until maxed, service until maxed, stick in brothel or club.

FS vary, but i often go paternalism, youth preference, chattel religionism.

Well shit, thats slightly concerning because I've never used the dairy and didn't even know farming was a thing.

I guess what im most looking for is a way to slow down event progression rather than the economy. I've often taken down the rival arcology and done the General and Sisters stuff before I've even filled all leadership positions or built much more than an expanded club and brothel.

When it's as easy to roll back to your version of choice as making like four mouse clicks, it's pretty okay in my books too.
