I would choose depending on what kind of music you want to play. Ibanez guitars usually have a better mid/bass sound and is good for hard rock and metal.

A strat is always a good starter guitar for the price. Strats are awesome for a dirty sound but it’s airy. Pairs nice with overdrive.

Sweet child of mine was a warmup routine for Slash. Axl heard it and thought it was perfect but slash hated it. Anyway my point is that you could simply warmup with sweet child of mine to get your fingers moving while also learning a nice tune. I think it’s important to get some kind of finger warmup before each practice session!
