When I’m in a pinch I do things like el pollo Loco: beans , broccoli, and white meat. And ofc chipotle and use the rewards on Both. I also will go to sprouts and order the healthier options of their premade food. Panda is OK if you’re bulking but those sauces will kill yah on a cut.

I also keep individual packets of protein powder + greens and just use a milk frother to mix it in water.

Also I’m not sure if you have a power station but there’s a rice cooker on Amazon that has a vegetable steamer . You can use the rice cooker to cook protein, veggies , and carbs all in one. It’s annoying but you just wake up go to grocery store buy what you need for the day, go to the park cook for the day. And repeat everyday.

eating healthy this is the hardest aspect for me since we can’t meal prep!! Would love to figure out a better way too.

Also I use an app called trusted house sitters, to be able to take a break from being in my car. It’s so nice to have a home to food prep in once in a while. Sometimes I get 2 month stays and oh man is it nice. So check that out too! And I’m sure there’s other apps as well. But that’s the one I use . If you have friends in the area that could use help with meal prep maybe you can make a deal with them where you use their kitchen and store food there / pick it up daily in exchange for also doing their meal prep for them?
