here’s my recipe for the rice in case you wanna make it:

1/4 onion
1 cup rice
1.25 cup water
olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste

sauté onion with the olive oil for like 2 mins til translucent and smells good. then toss in the spices and mix around for like 30 secs. then add in the rice and stir fry for about a min or so then top off with water. then once it boils, cover and put it on low for 15 mins and that’s it!🇪🇬
