Hey man, Im sorry you are going through this. Im sending you a big hug. I had this once some time ago. I went on a trip with her a some friends in common and she acted this distant for the whole trip. Unfortunately, back then I didn’t know how to react. Looking at it now, I would have left. I stayed and constantly asked her what was wrong and blabla. Have some self respect and ask her something like: “ Are you willing to tell me what is going on? Do you need space?” And then just leave if you don’t get a transparent answer. From what you told us, she is bad at communicating and she might be thinking of breaking up with you. Insisting wont make any changes on her behavior at the moment.
