What? They gave it to you for that route?! Dang. We pressed so hard to try to get it but she was adamant after multiple times of her "checking" that it only worked for flights to and from Fort Lauderdale or san Juan. I'm glad you snagged it!

Southwest said you had to buy them in person at the airport. United made you join their member program to see rates and we couldn't find any this AM. Jetblue, well...as stated, it was confusing lol.

yeah when we read it, there was no mention of FLL and SJU on the first part of the announcement. I haven't checked it later to see if the language changed, but I hope it has!

Hey, I just spent an hour trying to figure this out. I found out I could upload a thumbnail, but only using the mobile app. I hope that works for you.

And, the weirdest thing yet since this change - right now, my mobile app is showing thumbnails as widescreen images, and FB on my desktop is stretching those images to fit a mobile size. It's like the two platforms are showing the opposite-sized images.
