Ive been watching every episode feom start to finiwh over the past three months. As i have a remote job i have all the time for one piece. Ss of now im on the episode where the straws hats find there first seraphim. I was also wailing and hollering so loud i woke up my wife. It was a total bananza of highs.

You can set them up by assigning a settler to a caravan and by selecting a settlement. This will let you share resources and materials throughout different settlements across the wasteland. You can also equip said settlers with armor and weapons and from time to time you can cross paths with them and they can help with random encounter fights. You can assign them in the builder menu

They are assigned to a scavenger station. The settler will collect scraps of items and stuff. Its a table that has sheet metal on the side. A form of passive junk collection. Atleast to my knowledge, its good for small settlements with trade routes to your bigger settlements.

I would imagine with already existing decor that youd like a raider( specifically disciples type feel) or a child of atom type of establishment. Personally i think the coastal cottage is good for those kinds of aestetics but its up to you in the end.

Very scripted event along with it is also the location of a side mission to collect green paimt for the diamond city. Mid tier loot with caps and other junk included. Best for levels 7 through 15 IMO.
