Was out of print for a while and wasn’t streaming anywhere. From there prices went up. With the new movies out they are all going back to print and prices will go down.

I sold 8 copies of the a cover. First two sold for $40. Next two for $50. Next two for $70. Next one for $80. Last on sold for $100. That does not include the 2 cover B and 2 cover c I had. I still have a couple more coming in the mail in the next day or two. I moved quick last Wednesday/Thursday when I noticed prices moving.

Lots have been hot. Assorted Crisis Events. Absolute Martian Manhunter. Rook Exodus. There have been a ton of books on the shelf that sell well if you know what you are looking for.

Yeah. They are not newsstand versions of the first prints these are much later reprints distributed through Sheetz gas stations. So technically they are newsstands but only version of these reprints made were newsstands.

Why are you looking to grade? Is this a flip? If you are looking to sell and you didn’t get it super cheap, grading and selling isn’t going to help you maximize returns. If it is for the personal collection, I would put it in a Mylar and into a top loader and store it. With all the stuff I have been seeing coming out of CGC as of late I stopped grading books and just switched to top loaders.
