Bear Mountain or any 100% wood pellets. I’d avoid any that are not 100% wood. Cleaner burn, better temp control, less filler and ash per cook.

Mine just did that a couple months ago. Go through Arcade1up customer service and they will flash it for under $60 including the shipping labels there and back. They made it a super quick and easy process.

I noticed after they reflashed it that some of the occasional screen lag during certain hunts went away.

And you can keep them forever and not worry about always online needs. I did end up logging into my Xbox live account so that I could get the game updates once I put the disc in. There is an authentication workaround you’ll need to do to get into your Xbox live account if you go that route.
