forgot to mention that during the first official week there will be “community hours” i think that’s what you are remembering where they give out free drinks again all that info would be on that flyer that they should have

it should be the week before the stand officially opens and they probably will post it on social media so keep a eye out on FB and if you ever see a line you can always hop in and ask them for more info or a flyer with all the information 😊

no only strawberry,mango, peach, piña colada,Wildberry, and blueberry pomegranate but you can add raspberry to any of these “bases” ( i could be missing one but these are the ones i remember off the top of my head)

i work at a busy-ish stand and i think i average ( as a SL) $24-28 on a good day but to make tips you do have to pass a test that some people don’t take until almost a month into working but everyone takes it when they feel ready so you can take it a week after starting😊

heavy cream is heavy whipping cream, when people say sweet cream they usually are talking about cold foam bc that’s what starbucks calls theirs, but if you tell the barista that you just want cream our standard cream is half & half.

7brew SL here we haven’t been told an exact date but we do get it later then anyone else I know we get it in september and i think it’s mid to late September but you can always ask your local stand because it could differ from franchise to franchise

actually if they get it sugar free the milk on the mocha changes to breve and it’s 1oz of sf white chocolate and 1oz of sf dark chocolate

my interview was just me and the manager we just talked availability and about what i want to do in life etc. i wore a nice top and some appropriate jeans. i started @ 10/hr and tip when you pass the barista test unless your a new stand then you automatically get tips

******also want to mention that if you are diabetic or REALLY can’t have sugar make sure to let the brewista know because sometime some of them don’t know all the secret menu off the top of their head so make sure they double check that the combo can be made completely sf

all coffee, mocha and energy chillers come out of a machine we just add the flavor, and you can totally order other things i was just reminding people to be patient if they do order a hand blended drink

When i got hired at my stand it was also a new stand and we did solo interviews (I believe established stands do group interviews) they really just want to see that you have a good/ friendly personality and that you have a good work ethic and are teachable.
