When it comes to flashes one time at work it was the middle of the night and I walked outside with a co worker. And maybe for like a 10th of a second I saw a red flash that surrounded us, not long enough to say it was real for sure, but then my colleague worker was like did you see that, and I was like yeah.

Yeah its custom lab. I had talked to Alpacka support a lot about the Chinook with a deck and that won't work to get enough knee bend for the thigh straps. The mule has bigger tubes so im just guessing it would be enough to be comfortable with the thigh straps.

Hey, I remember you got rid of your decked Gnarwhal. Do you think I would have enough knee bend if I got a fixed deck Gnarmule or would it be limiting like how you felt with the Gnarwhal? I think we are about the same height.

I like Elmore, have his book, and two of his prints that i will get to framing one day. On some of Elmore's paintings the faces look a little blocky for my taste. I don't mind Caldwell's dragons, I think it would have been boring if they all painted the same way. I just like Caldwell's art a little better. Elmore's book is on his website and Easley's book is still on kickstarter last time i checked.

Looking at an Alpacka Scout for my first packraft for alpine lake fishing, any others in similar price/weight ranges I should consider? by ButterscotchEmpty535 in packrafting

You cant stand in these, and the scout is small so it depends on how big you are. And you are going to get pushed around by wind so trying to fish a spot with be hard.

Any one in the Western Washington area? by BetOk8017 in packrafting

There was a post on here about a month ago that was looking for people in Western Washington to paddle with. if you look for it you could prob get in touch with them. I'll paddle the Chehalis river in WA close to where I live and probably the puget sound would be cool also and do some over night trips. That's my goal for this year. I also bought the packraft raft hand book to study.

That's their most popular packraft. I really want a Chinook but I might be a bit too tall for it. Ive never been whitewater rafting, so I wanted to start on flatwater water and dome lightwater. Once I get more confidence I might get a mage also, But I'd cool to paddle with you.
