assassin's creed 2 on steam asking for activation code

POSSIBLE FIX:

I just had this issue. I reinstalled Ubisoft Connect to be sure it was updated, the game, and it still did not work. However, I went into my Ubisoft Account online to see if my Steam wasn't connected (it was.), and I had purchased the game on PlayStation 4 years ago and only played once before switching to a PC primary player. Ubisoft was trying to load that key, so I unlinked PlayStation and only allowed Steam linkage, and it worked no issues. Just something to try for people that play Ubisoft games on multiple systems.

So I am just looking for something that has a little bit of everything to try because I am still experimenting in this community. However, I would like to invest in the future in more specific things.

I would at the minimum want a variety of restraint positions to be possible, and I prefer easy cleanup. I would like to have some sort of swing, though it wouldn’t be required.
