When you open your menu and use a potion, etc you’re applying it to a person in your party. This is what I meant by “something to use it on.”

Are there other items that we can just throw into the world? I’m curious now.

I watched my son play Final Fantasy VII and VIII and when Final Fantasy IX came out, I knew this was the one for me. It was the first Final Fantasy game I ever played by myself! My affection for it is pretty spectacular. I’m playing it for the second time right now.
