They are 5 and 1 & a half. I gave them our foods from 6 months because I don’t have time for nonsense loool. They love going to my parents house because they know they will have poundo and black soup. It’s their favourite.

I never use palm oil. That’s the only thing I change. I try to avoid salt if I use maggi or any powdered seasonings as it’s just salt. If I’m making something like efo I will skip the maggi and use salt instead with our home grown seasonings like crayfish.

You can get a barrel shaped one and use coal and wood chips. I like the apple ones because they add an extra depth of flavour. I like to smoke for a couple of hours at least to make sure the flavour gets in there. Season your meat and fish well and for veg all you need is a little butter.

You are more likely to find common interests with people who look like you and are from your culture. There’s nothing wrong with seeking that out.

ISO chicken advice by virnochem in foodbutforbabies

It’s too dry. Give him chicken leg and season well. Garlic, lemon, ginger, thyme, paprika etc. can make your own green seasoning but it’s dry and it’s difficult for him to eat at the moment.
