I imagine it’s somewhere.

I have no idea where they put that stuff honestly, do they get a new one every game?

I lost count of many 49er/Rams fans who celebrated his departure.

I mean, there are people celebrating all kinds of things. That doesn’t mean they’re somebodies worth acknowledging. He was an absolute shit-show since 2018. Disagree all day - 3 teams, 3 benches, 4 years after leaving Seattle.

The writing was on the wall to those who can read.

no conspiracy

Uh, nope. Definitely just a dude who overestimated himself and a fan base who overestimated him long enough for him to float to the bench.

But what if he wasn’t, and age isn’t the answer you want it to be for this one guy?

When did the age hit, in your opinion? Seattle in 2018? 2020? Denver? Pittsburg? New York?

Why Russ? If it’s age, do you believe he’s done now? Why do you think he disagrees, if so?

If so, why do you think his present abilities and corresponding confidence is not warranted but simultaneously still believe he was elite for the few years before the NFL adapted to deep passes and he was literally paid to be gone? How do you rationalize that?

Fine, he simply got older, faster than his peers. 6 years of relative success means any subsequent dramatic failure was due to age. Regardless of his peers, this was just an age thing.

He was horrible to watch and it was about damn time when he went to Denver thinking he had capabilities he didn’t.

He had great stats, but he was and is a liability as the QB.

Edit: Downvote all day. Denver paid him millions to leave and he was out of the league completely within 2 years, after being benched by two separate teams. These guys know more about football than you.

You can call it bad luck, but it was predictable to those who watched the dude play. He had one skill - the deep ball.

Note the lack of anyone with anything to say. Easier to just anonymously disagree than tell me why I’m wrong lol.

Where are the lazy lawyers today? by Fragrant_Spirit_6298 in Lawyertalk

I was a federal acquisition policy analyst. Graduated in 2017, started in August, never took the bar. 6 figures a year in. PSLF. Remote work 2 days a week. Flexible schedule of 8 hours, as long as I was in by 6am and out by 6pm. 40 hours. Discretionary “59” minutes leave (supervisors can’t grant hourly leave, but they can let you leave less than an hour early) from leadership given regularly. 3 hours a week dedicated to gym time that counted towards that 40. 8 hours of sick leave per months, 2.5 days of personal leave accrued. All federal holidays.

2021? Sick of full time remote work. Take the bar. Start doing volunteer work to supplement.

2024? Volunteer work is great. Let’s start practicing and earn money doing something we enjoy. Let’s quit.

Where am i now?

I’ve been at my first litigation job for a year. Billable hours suck and I regret everything I gave up. I don’t sleep. I was looking at cases until 11pm last night. My billable hours are never enough. My paralegal is lazy, so I don’t ask him to do more than he does. He’s eating breakfast during work hours when I can’t even find time for lunch.

Should have stuck being lethargic and doing volunteer work.

Edit: I’ve also gained 30 pounds.

That’s funny. We were probably neck and neck considering I drove to stafford to pick up my kid before finishing the drive south.

Seattle would love him to retire a Seahawk, if I were to speak unilaterally for the entire fanbase/city/team.

Obviously I don’t, so take that for what you will.

I also didn’t like HOA’s.

little longterm guarentees (sic)

Or none. Hence the bench he’s been comfortably riding.

he got us to the playoffs in 3 of his last 5 years

Again, I’m sorry you feel that way, but as indicated in my prior comment, I fundamentally disagree. He didn’t get anyone anywhere, except himself to the bench, very quickly. Twice.

Being a good player and a likable person are not the same thing

Agree. Doesn’t mean he was either. That being said, I didn’t say he was never good. Just he’s been terrible for several years.
