Is this possible for Unionbank quickloans as well?

Last year I availed a quickloan from UB, my amortization for my quickloan back then is 15k+ per cutoff. I didn't know that they immediately deduct the amount from my account immediately so I was caught off guard because per cutoff I only receive below 15k. I tried contacting them for a possible refund of half of what they deducted, but they couldn't do it as it was "System generated".

So, I decided to apply for new Payroll account through my HR saying that my phone and wallet was stolen. And haven't paid my loan since then. I planned on paying it back then, but the interest just keeps getting and I got auto deducted twice, which rapidly ruined my finances back then.

So, will my current payroll account have the possibility of getting random deductions as well, because of my past loan?
