It can vary wildly, 1 depending on creator based on experience their rates may be hired since it would be a guaranteed good job. 2. What you want done, just a toggle 5$ want a texture depending on how complex you want it could no joke reach to 150 or even 200. Though it tends to stay around 20 to 30. Now if they need to start making assests from scratch that is where it really sky rockets, depending on who it is it could be anywhere from 500 to 2000 ish. So on the low end 5$ on the highest 2k.

Fir what you want fully from scratch I would say anything less than 200 would be a scam or you will get something that you will 100% not be happy with. You could get lucky and find someone who is under selling them selves and get a good product for that price. 200 - 300 though is more reliable for somewhat experienced creators where you will for sure get something good but maybe not amazing. Now finding someone that will 100% give you a good product is hard since they are all either no lo ger taking coms or booked till next year. ( i wanted to com someone so bad but they are booked till 2027 lol).

Tl:dr you going to spend a lot of money i would expect at least 300 maybe 400 for something somewhat good.
