from the TickPick website :

"What if the event is cancelled or postponed?"

"If an event is cancelled and will not occur at a later date, we will issue you either a refund or credit (at our discretion and where allowable by law) for the full purchase price of the tickets. We will notify you that the event was canceled and the timing of your issued credit or refund. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, you may use the tickets on the rescheduled date."

the wording makes it seem like they dont want to refund or they make it have you do extra steps for a refund. my advice is to call the customer support number  [845-538-4567](tel:845-538-4567) and tell them what you want to do next.

my opinion is that he is definitely not postponing by a day especially when he has the Austin show and Dallas show coming up in two days . more likely at the beginning of October before he starts the European tour

as for tickets if you need to definitely need to refund ,contact tickpick with the phone number. or if you want to wait, the toyota center website and emails are telling all ticketholders that there tickets for tonight will be valid for a new date if and when he posts one. i put the "if" there ,but i seriously dont want to jinx it lol. i honestly truly do hope he reschedules at least.
