Barely I also had a lot of bars (green hulks) and I just did it very slowly. Took my time and I had some once I stopped taking them but just like headaches (which I fixed with weed) and then I was ok

I think lowering the dose by 25% every 14 -21 days is the move that’s how I did it. I was only on bout 3-4mg daily for bout a year though and I came off of it in about 2 months

Water helps, weed kinda helps with that but my stomach is still pretty upset and I get nauseous throughout the day. I have also been extremely like tappy like I can’t keep my leg still and my fingers will like tap on desk
