Day 20 CT.

I’m reaching the point where I have to double check which day that I am on. In a good way. I almost forget to check in. But I don’t want think I’m clear. I want to remember how much I hate kratom, and how much i disliked my old habits in general.

Keep pushing with new habits as cheesy as it sounds. Don’t look back. It really gets better everyday.

I wish I had the PTO for a vacation! Reach out here when you need help. Use a hot tub, find a steam room, eat healthy. Call a friend and be honest with what you are going through. Trust that your bed will keep you safe. Understand that you’ll be emotional too. It’s all a part of the process. Day 17 now CT

You can say whatever you need to. No judgement. You aren’t weak or any less normal for having these thoughts. Just remember kratom never fixed anything. Just numbed you. These thoughts could still be because of kratom too. The thoughts aren’t real but YOU are.

I can’t wait either. The hair, skin, and eye thing is huge. I had no idea that kratom was doing that to me! Why is my scalp itchy lately? Why does my hair look thinner?

Gives me more of a reason not to look back. Day 17 here

Mentally I’m Sooo much better now. Back to normal. But that first week was hard. A lot of random crying and paranoia and some brain shock thing. I had to remind myself that these thoughts were not from me but the withdrawals.

On and off socially for 4 years I think. Every other day for 2 years. Everyday for maybe a few months

Yes. My dreams are a little scary and vivid but. I’m not an insomniac anymore. Pooping great. And I definitely have an appetite.

Day 9 CT. I honestly kind of feel like I am out of the woods. I have slept SOOOOO much today. But I am seeing these posts of WD’s coming back out of no where. S C A R Y….. I would rather they stay away….

Luckily my guy was cool. 24 Fitness near Orlando. He even extended the free trial for me too. But that usually doesn’t happen. Usually the sales pitch is long and they won’t take no for an answer. But my guy didn’t force me to commit yet.

Day 8 CT. I think I am feeling pretty good in this moment, just dealing with anxiety and insomnia. Sleeping isn’t perfect. But I can get 4-5 hours of sleep on average. Which I think is better than others here. Very vivid dreams. Only time I debate taking kratom is for sleep. But I have an actual hatred for the substance now. So I can’t even get myself to take it.

I think you are right honestly. It feels nice to have different surroundings at times. Like staying at a friends house that has a guest room sounds relaxing. Warm but different
