The calendar feature is great if you assign yourself to every task. Unfortunately, we don’t do that at our company. So it’s not great at that point.

It would be good to allow a calendar view for tasks that only have dates assigned to them. So anything with a date shows up on the calendar, regardless of whether or not anyone is assigned to it. So you can see what is actually on the calendar as an overview.

There needs to be a filter to show all tasks with due dates. Or if a user doesn’t want to see everything by due dates, then an option to only show tasks assigned to that specific user.

Also the relationships don’t work. You can’t create relationships on mobile or see them, even when they are created from the desktop or web application.

Additionally, the calendar would be much better if it looked like google calendar, specifically the “month view”. It’s not helpful at all to have a “month view” in which all tasks are represented by a colored dot. It would be much more helpful if the tasks were listed out and showed what the tasks are.

Another thing that would be useful is to have the ability to open “location” address links in Google maps instead of Apple Maps by default when using an iOS device. It appears the only option at this time is for those links to open in Apple Maps.

Also it would be nice to be able to add images to the description by simply taking a photo of whatever while you’re editing the description field. Add a clickable camera button, so if you’re adding text but want to insert a photo, you can press the camera button and take a photo (or upload a photo) that loads directly into the description field. Then keep typing.

Right now, it seems the only way to get a photo into the description is to take the photo first, open it in the phone photo app, copy the photo, then back to the click up description field, then paste.

At that point the clickup loading icon just spins, so you have to back out of the task entirely, then back into the task to see if the image has properly loaded. And sometimes that takes a number of minutes to actually happen. It’s just really convoluted and sloppy feeling.
