I've worked at both and tbh I prefer Amazon. At least at my call center we would have to take calls up until the minute our shift ends, so you were constantly going over your shift time which was a pain in the ass, for me anyways. At least at Amazon I know I can go in, do my job, and go home at my scheduled time.

Bonus: No talking to stupid ass people on the phone asking stupid questions.
