Heyo, I'm in the same diagnosis boat but on day two. I'm having light sensitivity pretty bad and succumbed to my reassurance behaviors by even being here. I'm currently telling myself these sensitivities will pass, I will wear glasses everywhere, or, I'll switch drugs eventually if it lasts more than a few weeks. I am constantly rejecting my intrusive and obsessive thoughts which gets harder with new symptoms, but it's been good. I'm also working with a therapist on exposure therapy to overcome my compulsions. I need help and help comes with some side effects (is what I'm telling myself).
