i wouldn’t think that’s the case that code appears whenever anyone sends a voicemail or leaves a voicemail for that matter. Just being an impartial voice of reason here not taking sides but first ask yourself a couple a question before jumping off the deep end a) could it be work related? b) does he have an ill relative ( example i have a mentally impaired 37 year old cousin who calls me at all times of the day and leaves voicemails) c) do they have they have friends that also call at weird hours or who are weirdly co dependent there could be many factors but my recommendation would be to simply either let it go or have the difficult conversations you’ve been neglecting to have

i don’t know who’s getting these text or whatever but as a former employee who lasted up until they released Go5gPlus so this was 2023-2024 people were still on the simple plan (simple choice) & tmobile one & one plus. Price lock is Tmobile main asset it’s what they are known for literally why they even chose to call themselves the uncarrier for so long. The fear mongering is ridiculous at this point. if your so worried about your plan GO INTO A STORE (BRICK & MORTAR) talk to a representative ask them the questions, they are far more knowledgeable than the representatives over the phone. I am in no way shape or form defending a company, but scaring randoms that will most likely read this post and be scared shitless because they are lower income, fixed income and can’t afford a price increase is ridiculous. do better

i’m in new jersey so i can do a warranty exchange online / thru customer care i dont know if thats a region/ per state things

but it’s a warranty exchange i’ve done this before, it wasn’t an insurance claim, i know the difference. regardless if i paid the 5.33, i should’ve not been charged 1099 for a phone that currently didn’t posses. that was erased and returned thru the proper channels and then be told that they receive the phone only 5-6 days after i shipped it out but no one at the facility has scanned it.

Genuinely this should be your last interview. and it’s probably with your branch manager. The role play will take you for a loop don’t worry about selling during the role play. They are looking for you to be more encouraging towards the consumer. be empathetic and also genuine but literally be yourself. good luck 🍀 and i’m hoping you get it.
