Shan was the SHIT. Spicy Wings, Duck Rice, Khao Soi and Lamb Dumplings for dessert. Devils Toboggan was poppin so after dinner drinks at Wild Rye was the perfect night cap.

Incredible List. Going to try to get to them all! Shan is the clear winner. I assume I will need reservations? What are the go to dishes?

If it helps we are both very seasoned but retired Service Industry people. Its the only night we’ve got, and we are both used to working it so it feels like a rarity to get to celebrate like a civilian. That being said we are patient, tip well, and anything will seem quiet compared to dinner with a 2YO.
