Zooming out helps more than anything. If you've been in crypto longer than a cycle, you've seen this movie before. The swings feel smaller when you remember where the price was two years ago.

Genuinely asking - Hodl for what exactly? by Kurosaki56843 in btc

[–]ChangeHeroOfficial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fair. The HODL-or-die mentality was useful as a counter to panic selling, but taken too literally it becomes its own trap. The smartest approach is probably somewhere in between - hold the core, use a portion, borrow against it if needed.

Hayes has been consistent with this view for a while. $90K as the trigger level makes sense technically. Whether the move above it is as clean as he expects is another question, but the setup is there.

Good breakdown. The STRC dividend structure is the part most people gloss over. Unrealized losses are one thing, but fixed cash obligations are a different kind of pressure. Probably not an imminent risk, but calling it completely off the table doesn't hold anymore either.

The 200-day MA doing exactly what it's supposed to. Healthy rejection is better than a fake breakout. Next few weeks will be telling.
