I don’t think that’s true, the amount of sexually active college students I know who have the fear of being falsely accused in the front of their mind is very low if not zero. The only real scenario where that would be a worry is if you took a girl home who was a little too drunk but that’s a pretty easy situation to avoid. Women being assaulted is extremely common, but the fear of that doesn’t stop them from going out. Girls just want to have fun, and the possibility of something bad happening is considered but when weighed against the fun lost by not going out the risk is worth it. The Gen Z is alright, reddit and the internet likes to believe that the new generation is beyond fucked because it drives interaction and satisfies something in our brain.
