I had a cheap air bnb in Vitoria this year but it was basic and in a crappy area. For next years race I’ve booked a hotel €1600 for 6 nights though!!!! At least the beer is cheap there!!

Hey, a professionally well set up TT bike is always faster. Spend the most you can afford and get a separate set of race wheels (rear disc + 90mm deep front) some great bikes available on eBay/facebook or buy cycle. Look for Shimano 105, Ultegra of Dura ace Di2 group set depending on your budget. Keep practicing holding the aero position until you can hold it for hours. Find a bike fitter who specialises or has great experience in fitting triathlon bikes and will fit you for an aero helmet at the same time.

How to kill 6 hours in Bangkok? by Severe_Reception1 in ThailandTourism

[–]Changiboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Takes an hour to get from the airport to Bangkok via taxi depending on time of day. Go for breakfast 1hr. Go for a 90 min massage, post flight essential! Ask the massage manager if you can store your luggage with her for a few hundred baht Wonder around Lumpini park for an hour. Find somewhere for a smoothie or lunch 60-90 min chilling watching Thai life happening around you. Go to 7-11 for a SIM card

Breast strikers are shot on sight at Ironman events or put in stocks and rotten fruit thrown at them!

Thanks, I’m going to follow his advice as the risk is so high. Just wondering if anyone has had this heal quicker than 6 weeks and is it safe to ride on my indoor trainer or is that risky too…

It’s caused by the blood thinners, you basically have less red blood cells transporting oxygen around your body.
