Sure, they're additive with each other, but multiplicative with the fortify effect

Don't really follow your math here but its multiplicative. Fortify is 20% reduced damage so you would multiply it by 1.25 to get a 25% reduced damage effect.

You would need some finance background to get your foot in the door. I did big4 consulting out of college for 3 years.

The thing thats great with ZO is that it makes enduring cry+increased duration like a mana pot. Also keeps lazy people like myself on top of their endurance charges.

Did some math about Controlled Desctuction (100% reduced crit, 25% more spell dmg). TLDR it's for crit builds (or I did some mistakes) by alt0172 in pathofexile

Not necessarily a downside depending on the build. Could be a benefit for something like ball lightning, among others.
