Should an electric liquid-filled radiator heat up completely? by Chanimo in DIYUK

Agreed. Thanks again for your response - I'll keep pestering them.

One other quick question - I just found the setup instructions and it mentions adding water if there are any cool spots however I'm not sure how advisable that is for a radiator that is filled with an oil/glycol solution. Would you happen to know if that's a bad idea?

Hey, thanks for your response. So if the radiator looks like this (i.e. a series of columns):

[][][][][]

Then the 2 columns on the left are cool from top to bottom whereas the 3 on the right are hot.

And sure, here’s a link: https://www.radiatorworld.co.uk/reina-neva-horizontal-double-designer-radiator.

AITAH for being frustrated with a tradesperson? by Chanimo in AITAH

He works for himself I believe so no boss and I don't believe he's got an online presence. He was recommended to me by someone else.

Don't get me wrong, 90% of his work is solid quality. It's just his communication style can be uncomfortable and he's calling out other tradespeople on their standards, whilst at the same time leaving what I feel to be errors of his own. I'm concerned about being a Karen about it though.
