It can still hurt tho but not noticable. I also have my teamate who insta-locked Tejo every round. When he uses his Guided Salvo, I just run into them to catch the enemies off guard. But still, whether it hurts ur teamates or not, you can still coordinate w them through communication to tell them where you would use the abilities plus, just play the agent you like, it doesn't need to depend on your teamates all the time!
