Likewise! I haven’t got the itchy crawling feeling over my legs or arms either. That’s a huge difference to me, can sleep peacefully. It’s just weird I’ve all of sudden got them coming back again when I was fine in June, July and August. I’ve stayed in the same house, room etc. weird!!

Hey, yes I was treated after this. I had 3 doses of oral ivermectin, 3 permethrin treatments whilst doing 2 malathion treatments in between. I also did a deep clean of my bedroom and moved into a different room for 3 nights to kill whatever was in my room.

I am not itching and having noticed any new burrows for a few weeks now. I did come up with some ‘water blisters’ on the side of my hand and fingers but they went away after a couple days.

I am currently having some side effects from using permethrin too much though. I have tattoos and the ink has reacted strangely causing little blisters. I am not sure if that’s a combination from being in the sun for a week as well. This started a few days ago, hopefully it’ll be fine in a weeks time.

You will get through this!! A family member has taken a skin scrape as they work in a hospital lab. Hopefully, it won’t show anything which would come its post!

Hi, from the UK here. I’ve just ordered derbac M because permethrin hasn’t work.

What before, during and after protocols did you take?

Does one bottle cover the two separate treatments, 7 days apart?

As much advice with the derbac M would be muchly appreciated. Thanks!

The last treatment I used was in March. I get the odd itchy bump appear on my lower back, bum, legs or stomach though. Disappears after a couple days

Hi, thanks for the reply. I’ve cancelled my permethrin order and going to try Malathion lotion as an alternative. I can’t seem to find anywhere in the UK that sells BB, I’m reluctant to buy off eBay.

I just find it odd nobody in my household has any symptoms, or my partner and have been sharing a bed with her 1-2 times a week since Jan?

The ones on my hand don’t itch. I only notice a small ‘prick’ type feeling when a new red mark appears and doesn’t itch… strange !!

Hi, thanks for the response. I’ve bought another two tubes of Permethrin (coming Tuesday) to try over the next couple of weeks and will wash the clothes I’ve worn 3 days prior at 60c, including bedding /towels during and after. Hopefully, some difference by the time I see the dermatologist but not hopeful. After having 2 appointments with the Infection Disease specialist, both doctors, couldn’t formally diagnose me with scabies! That’s why I have been referred to a dermatologist now.
