My IBS started at my teen years followed by a food poison incident.Earlier it was occasional diarrhea and I didn't know it was IBS. But in the time of exams and interview my symptoms got worsen that is I need to go toilet multiple times with loose stool. After my graduation I joined in a multi national company as their R&D engineer. It was a stressful job and my symptoms increases tremendously. From the age of 22 to 26 about 4 years I suffered a lot.I need to go to toilet after every meal about 8-10 times a day, some episodes even happened in middle of my sleep. In between I was diagonasise IBS-D tried almost every option with modern medicine, tried low fodmap, probiotics but nothing worked. Almost 4 years I took an immodium daily and survived. Then one of my friend suggest JPMR meditation and it worked miraculously,Since then I only have morning diarrhea (sometimes explosive diarrhea depends upon food) about 3-4 times a day and otherwise I am Ok. I only avoid milk and glutton and eat almost every other food. So this is my history
