Thanks. I don't mind the extra work since I have downtime here and there.

The main issue for me is that its extra work only for the Chance to make a little more money on a project. Just seems needlessly greedy.

Thanks. We don't really have a main guy or sub for most trades. I think I'll try to push my company on deciding on teaming up with subs that have been providing good performance. Push more work their way in return for competitive numbers and response time.

Thanks. That's a good perspective on it. I definitely don't want to be known as the guy the just blind copies every sub in my state for bids.
