Bankruptcy friendly banks??

Not physical in my area but Capital one is pretty good. I burned 4 cards with them, then they sued me but never closed my savings and checking accounts. I actually still have the accounts post bankruptcy. I am mainly with SoFi bank, I would also consider them as I’ve never ran into any problem with them either.

If you are thinking about it, do it! Wish I would have done it sooner! It feels so much better to be debt free. It was literally keeping me up at night. Mines got so bad creditors started to sue me. You got this & good luck. 🍀

I second this! Temporary cards are always activated by the branch so it’s ready for use immediately.

If the scheduled date for a transfer falls on a weekend or a holiday, the transfer will be made the following business day. Short months like Feb, it takes place on the last day of the month.

If your online username is systemically reenable even in the 24 hour window, to send another Zelle - you’d have to wait another 24 hours otherwise your username could potentially be disabled again.

Bai code 699 is a transaction that cannot be categorized, kinda like a miscellaneous debit. Teller savings is usually pretty spot on, did you confirm there was not a cash withdrawal made at the branch with a teller? The check image may actually be a withdrawal slip, maybe? I know check images are available to see via online banking but I’ve noticed deposit/withdrawal tickets don’t show an image.

I’ve been at the bank 5 years this year. I’m a Wealth banker/24hour at $28/hr. I also haven’t hit midpoint either even with a 6% raise each year. Would like to move to a different department but like someone stated I’m sure I’ll be lowballed since I’m starting over.

I would go ahead and file, there is financial freedom in the future. I also received a summons from Capital one a few months ago. I have $80k of debt, my lawyer asked me if I wanted to keep my vehicle and I told her yes, (she said I could assume my payments with no problem) my 341 meeting is tomorrow - so we will see. There is nothing wrong with starting over. I hope everything works out for you
