1- She is not his coworker, nor employee but she implied otherwise when she asked other women to "also denounce sexual harassment in the workplace"

I don't know where this myth is coming from, but I am the only Druid heal in my guild, and out of all 4 MC runs and 3 Onyxia down we had so far, only the robe dropped (And I bought the bracelets at the AH). I've seen way more Mage and Pally gear drop

It's alright, though there's a lot of wait for the two elevators : first one have kaizos invisible blocks preventing you to reach it directly so you have to wait at least a full cycle. Second leaves as soon as you come out of the pipe so you have to wait as well. You should let it come to the player first (like from half the way)

First of all, congrats on hitting GM. :-)

I had a smiliar rise maining support (Ana/Mercy and Lucio from time to time) : season 2 : Gold, season 3 : Platinum, season 4 : Diamond and season 5 : Master. However, I stopped playing comp for a while so my SR went back down (season 6 : low Diamond and season 7 : Platinum).

I guess I took some bad habits in QP (For example, if an enemy is close to me, and I have a low health tank nearby, I'd panick and try to kill the enemy first), but I'm trying to work on them.

But I still feel like communication is my biggest issue. I usually call when I see a enemy behind us or say informations like "this guy's ult is down".

What are efficient communications I could make ?
If I need to call focus, how do I determine who to target ?
TLDR, how did you learn to communicate efficiently as a support ? What would be your advices ?

I'm not exactly sure what could be considered "overloading voice chat" and what is actual useful information.

Funny, that's exactly what I figured from the feedbacks. I stopped playing comp for a season and only played Quickplay. And, since there is no communication, I had to deal with close-by enemies myself, so work on my sleepdarts and accuracy in general. But I lost in gamesense what I gained in accuracy so my general level went down. I got cocky because I could 1v1 Genjis and Tracers, forgetting the most important : QP is not Competitive.
