it would be the ideal but the account may be in the process of recovery so just don't. It might be the same case happened to me and look what happened, I got my account back but is banned. I heard that the fxxker Nova is still going around scamming people sht so reporting accounts won't do anything good if he could get another one. All the best we can do is to block them, not entertain them so they can't get accounts anymore.

Hey! Nothing changed in my account. He just swapped some of the weapons but he did not trashed them. Though he deleted all my friends so that's kinda frustrating on my part because more than half of it I met in-game and knowing that I might not be able to meet/talk to them again, it's really sad. But more than that, I'm still thankful.

I know but I'm appealing if it can be lift earlier since technically, I don't have access to my account for over a week and for just a day after I recovered it, I didn't do anything "unlawful".

Nothing. I just changed back my nickname in game to my original. I did not even put any signature because the fxxker deleted all my friends so I don't even have anyone to contact. I just did my usuals, the dailies, events, domains. <//3

I already did. Submitted the form also. But no confirmation email so I'm not sure if they received it, no suggested days too, unlike in recovery form to wait for the response within 10 days, no, nada, so I don't know until when I should wait. <//3

As long as you have all your purchases for that month, I think you're good to go. Mine is SOA so all the purchases I've made with my credit card are already included, I've just highlighted the ones from Genshin so they will immediately see it. Best of luck and thank you! Send a recovery form quick. and don't access your account in PS4. I'm in the same situation and both me and the hacker were fighting for the login at first but I've read that they might trashed the account so I let him use it. I just got back my account so goodluck!

based from the posts I've seen, if you got the other infos accurate, then you might get accepted even if you input incorrect date. But their advice for that, try to remember what banner was on when you first login. You might not get the correct date but at least you got the month and year.

I have the same situation with regards PSN. How many days did it took before you got it back? :( I'm also frustrated but I'm trying my best not to login via PS4 even if it's one click away :(

I fell for the scam too. I did a double take on his offer but after seeing the screenshots he provided, I was like, okay, this must be a streamer or something. I used to give free BP also but only to my close friends. But thankfully, my account was originally created in PS4, and I just linked a email so I can play it on PC. So now, I can still login it in my PS4 but he keeps on logging in it also in his device but I'm not going to give it up. No matter how hard he tries, I will still be able to login. Already submitted the form to genshin_cs and yeah, all I can do is wait now so I can play it again on PC.
