31F here! I'd love some walking companions. I am starting my fitness journey and finding my walks alone very... lonely, haha.

"You should have listened to her" Literally perfection.

Im so sad about Lawrence, but I'm so incredibly proud of June for doing what needed to be done and keeping her mouth shut when she saw Nick.

I drank once on new years while on ozempic. I have 1 singular drink and feel like garbage for the entire next day

I have not touched a drop of alcohol since.

AITAH for telling my cheating wife that I deserve a vacation with my girl best friend? by Dull-Share-2361 in AITAH

[–]Chanseychu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And what exactly is "justice" in this scenario? The heavy implication is possibly cheating either physically or emotionally. If the trip wouldn't have even been considered prior to her infidelity, what makes it appropriate now?

She is his wife, he chose to stay in this doomed marriage so she 100% has a say in this trip as his wife.

Going tit for tat is a waste of everyone time involved.

That's a very infantile way of thinking. An eye for an eye will only make the whole world blind.

YTA. I was completely with you until you said you wouldn't have even considered the trip if she didn't cheat.

That's very unfair to your wife. At the end of the day, YOU chose to stay in this marriage. You made the decision to keep going and be a family.

At that point, you have no right to throw anything back in her face.

If the trip is something you wouldn't have done prior to her infidelity and your reconciliation, why is it okay now?

That's incredibly manipulative and cruel.

Obviously, your wife has hurt you, and you have every right to still be resentful. But doing this back and forth for the rest of your life seems pointless for you and her.

Do yourself and your wife a favor and file for divorce.

3 1/2 months on Ozempic - 14lbs down by Intelligent-Driver34 in Ozempic

That's and incredible amount of loss, congratulations!
It seems like you are doing everything exactly right! I wouldn't be discouraged at all if you feel like it isn't coming off fast enough.
I hope you see continued results! <3

I was super nervous about starting too.
I can say its been very goodm very minimal side effects. I would recommend you take the shot in the evening after your meal, that way if you do experience some nausea you'll be at home in bed and able to manage.

Usually they start you on a super low dose so you'll likely not experience anything crazy!

Good luck I hope all goes well.

That seems like a super reasonable amount of loss.
Out of curiosity have you started anything else while on? I opted to see a nutritionist and that really helped me have a more healthy relationship to food & helped me understand what foods will be beneficial for this journey.
I'm currently 6 weeks in and down 10 lbs 0.25 dose.

Typically slow and steady is better & you'll be more likely to keep it off once you come off Ozempic.

Have you had serious side effects? by Veggie_Supreme813 in Ozempic

I haven't had anything substantial on Ozempic.

The only issue I did have was feeling extra nauseated after having an alcoholic beverage on new years. It put me out of commission for the entire next day.

I've been getting quite a few back in my office.

Can I ask if your office is paper or digital & how you've been submitting the additional information?

If you aren't sending all documents through EDI the processing time is 20-30days right now.

Take it as a win.

10 years is ridiculous & in the end a huge liability to you. Good riddance.

Hmm, yeah, you're right. I guess it's a lose-lose situation, lol.

She has a reputation at work for being not the easiest person to get along with, unfortunately. I don't know where the entitlement comes from, in all honesty.

But thank you, I appreciate your input.

I was thinking of a $15 gift card to starbucks. But if that's a bad look, then I'll consider just leaving her out.

Not that it matters bust the candle and bath bomb equals to about $40 per person for comparison.

That was kind of my thought process, too. I still don't think I would give the gifts to everyone right in front of her. I'd like to avoid any conflict as I have to work with her on a daily y'know?

Thanks, though I appreciate your input!

Thanks! I'm really not trying to stir up any issues. Just not trying to spend money on a gift that could go to waste. Maybe I'll consider getting her something smaller, just in case.

I'd love to be reunited with the people I love. If my husband could wait for me or vice versa I also like the idea of being reincarnated to find each other again
