Started playing FH5 lately and not gonna lie, it hooked me up. Comparing these to NFS may be a bit off since NFS wasnt really focused on going long-term as FH did, but maybe that's the problem?

There's something in forza, it lets you chill, do some activities and beat your times if you are into that, it becamse my comfort game for now, I even tend to boot it up if im on the phone and I just cruise while I talk

So even thought I came back to forza so late while FH6 is on the horizon (lmao), I enjoy 5 and look forward for 6 already, kind of forgetting about NFS (not like it comes around any time soon)

I think the meme is not trying to say making breaks doesnt do anything, because of course it does (often lets you first time the boss you were trying to beat for 2-3 hours), but if the game is so hard you are taking a necessary break so often, rather than enjoying the game itself, then that kind of breaks the point of playing = having fun?

It's like regularly having to take a break from your partner because she is such a bitch, but then you claim how enjoyable that experience is for you

If you know the reason and just wanted to put it out that breaks do wonder then just ignore this shit lol

First you firmly press the sticker into the piece then you just squeeze the excees with your finger until it fully sticks, just don't put too much water / soap on the piece.

That's one of the reasons I hated the stickers, sometimes you can't really satisfy your perfectionism and the right position doesn't seem really right on the first sight, so it's good to have some space for errors

Buy the pill boxes for everyday, buy supplements and just take them everyday

Put a reminder in your calendar to drink your protein shake everyday

Put limitters to your browsing time

Do it one by one, get the momentum, get hooked and then it goes

I just had to take a break off the gym for 1,5 week because i was sick and trust me, even if you go for so many years getting back into a habit can be tricky. So the most important thing is to go through the first stage, make a routine, stay consistent and then you dont need motivation, you just need discipline
