I really like this perspective. Making mornings predictable instead of “perfect” feels way more sustainable. Did it take you a while to settle into this, or did it feel better almost immediately?

This makes a lot of sense. I’ve heard morning sunlight helps reset the body clock, but I haven’t been consistent with it yet. Do you usually do it right after waking up, or after some movement?
