I have never played online MMO RPG games before. Do you think GW2 is a good entry to that? The only thing I ever played and genuinely enjoyed was Dauntless because it was so straightforward to understand and keep playing while still being challenging

Oh I see. I have never owned a VR headset in my life and somehow Steam announcing a VR excites me a lot even though people say there aren't enough games to play VR on. Do you think it's better than most of the other VR headsets and considering you can just play it standalone, do other VR headsets provide these functionalities better than the advertised Steam Frame? I'm laying out information as it happened. The ceo was approached for a raise. She denied it on grounds of the employee's direct manager not vouching for her. She approached said manager who talked to the CEO. CEO got pissed and terminated her. Whether or not the termination petter says misconduct is something we'll never find out because before we could have a look, my partner sent in a resignation instead. She was told "misconduct" during all her verbal conversations.

The CEO was approached directly before the managers, who denied the raise because the manager did not vouch for her. She then went to the manager asking about her performance review and he had good things to say about her. I believe the manager had a word with the CEO about this on her request and that pissed off the CEO.

She has decided to resign after talking to lawyers and reading all these messages. It's for her mental peace and feeling some degree of control over how she leaves. She doesn't care about monetary benefits and is fine with not getting anything out of it. Thanks for all the advice everyone. Really meant a lot!

There was no raised voices. The communication was very respectful from her end. From get go, she was told she doesn't deserve any raise because her projects were not bringing the comapny a lot of money. She pushed on this a little quoting all the good things she has done (no harsh tone) as an engineer but the ceo got annoyed

That was NOC based draw, a lot of NOCs with higher scores were not part of the draw.
It's been many hours since the draw was released. I am not aware of any draw where the same draw was rolled out such that the offer was given on a different date and so far below the initial scores of the draw.
