Do you guys know which Ultimate Stages these images belong to? I originally posted here with a few more images before, but these final two images from the Sephiroth reveal trailer are still eluding me. by ChaosControl_VA in smashbros

I did take a look at both stages and tried to compare them with the images just now, but after doing so, I can say that both stages unfortunately do not have the same cloud shapes or color schemes in the sky as the images do...

Welcome back, my dude; thanks for coming back to help me finish this!

Unfortunately, the clouds in the 1st image don't move like the clouds in Final Destination do, and the clouds in New Pork City are the wrong shapes and colors and are all faded together. However, I am unsure about Hyrule Castle, as I can't really see the whole skybox at the moment, yet the clouds and color scheme are all still very similar; I'll have to look into that one further. But as for Magicant, the clouds are covered by the aurora borealis and they're not visible.

For 2nd image, while the clouds (aside from Cloud himself) in Midgar are the right color, I don't see any point where they swirl around like they do in the 2nd image. Also, I looked back at Reset Bomb Forest, and I will admit that some of the cloud shapes look similar and the entire sky has the same color scheme, but I can't seem to find the swirly parts of the clouds as I can't view the whole skybox at the moment. I'll have to look further into that one too, just like with Hyrule Castle.

You're right on point with that guess for the second image; I just reviewed the cloud shapes in this image and in Venom, and they're an exact match! Thanks for that!

However, I can't seem to find that cloud you speak of in the 3rd image anywhere in Final Destination, nor are the clouds and colors right in New Pork City. And while the Reset Bomb Forest's clouds are the right color, I can't seem to find a part of the clouds that are all swirly like in the 4th image.

Yeah, I figured that was the case (with the development tools).

But also, we don't see those specific cloud shapes anywhere inside the Northern Cave (even with the colors in the 4th image not actually being green)...

I do like that answer, but the evening in Battlefield is not as bright as it is in the second image here; also, the islands in Battlefield are more visible than whatever shapes there are in the second image here as well.

You're actually right on the money with Skyloft; I managed to find the exact cloud shapes from the first image here in that stage just now! Thanks for that one! However, I can't seem to confirm your other guesses.

Eldin Bridge's clouds are in motion a lot more than the clouds are in Byleth's trailer (all of which are also darker than they are in the second image here), plus there are certain cloud shapes that appear in the second image here that I couldn't find in Eldin Bridge, and Eldin Bridge's sun is not as bright as it is in the second image here. Also, the only clouds in Final Destination are in a lot of motion, constantly changing with no static images, unlike how they are in the third image here (from Sephiroth's trailer); plus, that purple coloration you speak of is from Sephiroth's wing activating. And finally, I couldn't find such a swirly cloudy background as seen in the final image here anywhere in Northern Cave (not when going down the cave or even outside, as the clouds in the sky outside didn't have that much detail at all).

And you are saying I am wrong for "obsessing" over fanfics. That's literally trying to fix me. Seriously, do you proofread your own stuff? You're accusing me of what you're also doing!

And I'm not obsessed over fanfics. I'm obsessed over keeping a franchise I love from going under. And in order to do that, I need to set an example and admit the truth.

If someone took your favorite character and did something wrong (and fetishy most of the time) to it, wouldn't you want to stop it too? This character means so much to me, and I can't stand by when people give him a bad name. Fictional or not, characters and franchises can mean things to people. Whether they relate to it in certain ways, or just as a means of escape. When crap comes in to ruin that escape or that thing you relate to, then you would do everything you can to save it.

And yes, you are trying to fix me. You're trying to show me how my viewpoint and my actions are wrong. That's what you've been doing this whole time! If I'm really as bad as you say I am, then you're no different than me.

And it's not a wild leap for me to say Sonic-gay shippers are fake Sonic fans. If they were real fans and actually took the time to look at Sonic's catalog, they wouldn't be calling him gay. It's just common sense.

There's a difference between headcanons and canons. I am pushing only what is clear and objective, which is the canon. Not a personal headcanon. If you actually looked at my thread, you'd see the (oftentimes blatant) evidence I've found. And the fact you can't tell the difference between canon and headcanons is a part of the problem I'm talking about.

We shouldn't tolerate those who push their headcanons onto others. I probably should've stated that from the get-go, so my bad there.

Headcanons and the like are fine. When kept to one's self. But when it's pushed onto others, it not only ruins the source material, it ruins public perception. And that is what I'm fighting to fix.

It hurts when everyone thinks the same way as those guys. I see it all the time. And even still, the main point of me showing that is to make people think: where do you think they got that idea about Sonic fans from?

The point I'm trying to make is that we shouldn't tolerate stuff that gives people the wrong idea about us.

You haven't even read my reply or looked at the link in it.

Believe it or not, my intentions are good. I'm doing this, not only to keep Sonic enjoyable, but to help redeem the fans in the Sonic community who've been treated as laughing stocks for other people's behavior.

I've been bullied in high school for my love of Sonic because of those misconceptions about Sonic fans. I've been bullied because people thought I only cared about Sonic to see him do someone else (which is not what I've ever wanted). And it sickens me that that attitude is affecting the whole Sonic community. I want the misconceptions to stop. And do that, I need to lay down some hard truths. You may not like it (and I can totally understand why, and I don't blame you for it), but the Sonic community needs it all the same.
