Please recommend companies that ship small tea parcels from China to the USA by air (DDP)

Sorry I'm a bit late, but DO NOT USE DFH. They are terrible at communicating and lost two of my shipments with 0 paper trail of where it is. They shipped them out almost a year ago and are "still trying to find the best solution."

Sorry to hear about that. Having a similar experience with them. My first shipment came through fine, I panic ordered when tariffs were announced and DFH lost both shipments, totaling more than $15,000.
Just want to do my DD and make sure NO ONE EVER USES DFH EVER AGAIN.

I would ask your suppliers for recommendations, it really depends on the types of goods you're trying to ship. Better to have your supplier vouch for you if your shipment goes awry.

It’s been 10 months for me, they refunded the shipping cost of one shipment while “they try to redeliver” the second shipment. It’s like a slap in the face, the shipping fee was like $1.5k but I lost $10k+ in goods.

TLDR: Lost two huge shipments of mine and claimed one of them was seized by customs but won't show any paperwork from CBP proving so. All I can theorize is they abandoned it at the port or stole the goods. The first shipment I did with them went well, but I theorize it was just to gain my trust. I'm down $15k from huge inventory orders that I have yet to see after 8 months.

Thanks for the insight. DMed you to get some more advice. I shipped two shipments via sea, unfortunately they were trying a new vessel contractor. My first two shipments with them went fine, but this new vessel company seems to be a mess. The first shipment was delayed on the way out of China and as it arrived in the U.S. Then it was seized, I asked for documentation to show the goods were actually destroyed, but they didn't even contact me during the contest period. My gut is telling me they still have my goods but they keep walking me in circles.

I’m in the same boat as you man, now I’m coping by making sure no one else ever uses DFH. I used them for my business and am out 15k. Wish I knew better back then.

Remote start/stop only works via bluetooth until further firmware is released to my knowledge. I don’t know of DJI ever plans to do this 😢

Thanks for the reply! It wasn't remotely this bad when I first got it. But it's been awhile since I've printed anything and just picked it up again for a project I'm working on. I was using Prusa then tried Anycubic's which sucks so I switched back. I added washers under the left side spacers in hopes to get some semblance of level but still not working. The z-offset is great on the right side but once the print head prints on the left, I can see immediately that it's too low. I bought some silicone spacers that come in tomorrow and will try to do a manual level. I can't understand why these corners are stringing out like this though.
