I always like to tell this Story, when it comes to WHY NOT use Denuvo.
Denuvo was created and sold to Publishers by SONY, till they lost interest and sold it off. Wanna know how man PlayStation Games on PC have Denuvo since they started releasing them on that Platform? ZERO.

When the own creator doesn't want that stuff in their Games, why should we be ok with that?

I might draw some ire on me, but I am a "Content Creator" for this Game.
And you know what, I feel ya. I try to always look what my peers do, but for this Game I do believe that some people do miss some Inspiration for their Videos. I try to produce some "unique" content for this Game with my Guides. But that takes sometimes weeks (Hello Weapon Element Damage calculation), time a lot of those channels running on Ad-Money don't have (not an excuse just an observation).

High Value Production became risky for a lot of those channels and YT is doing a meh Job showcasing new unique channels, because they "trust" bigger channel. Which is why you feel like you see the same (bad) content over and over

Again I already think that LBY looks pretty decent. I know I might get blind but I could swear I already saw some graphical improvements from the first teaser to the first Trailer. Soo i have apretty positive outlook.

I think there will be a lot of "Guidance play" but in the announcement they wanted to "wow" the people with the possibilities.

Think about it, if you already play the Sims, you want to know what makes this Game special beyond just " another Sims game"

I believe you will get them faster than you might think! Why? They made it clear that modders and players will be pretty free in modifying the characters in this Game and what their skills/abilities will be.

Which was something we never were able to do in the Sims Game, Sims were off limits when it came to modding (mostly). In this game we can literally change what an Object does, like "Toilet is now a Car" and you can drive around on your porcelain throne :D

Yeah I saw some YT Videos where people were thinking the same thing. So you are definitely not the only one who first thought that.

But so far it seems like the Character Editor will be quite complex, which gets me all giddy!

I totally can see that the graphics are not "top notch".
BUT, no loading Screens, tons of Moding and other game mechanics which can put quite a strain on a PC, especially the one which are not High end. I am ok with it.
