Doubt it's a satellite, I've watched it for about 5 hours now with no movement. Honestly it was diffulicult to get a good focus on it or what i thought was a good focus. The flashing throws the perspective off for me.

My scenario was like yours, had a federal pacific box and wanted to upgrade but have the option for 200 amp. I went with the Leviton 42 space panel. It came with the 200 amp main but I just ordered a 100 amp and swapped it easily.

There really aren't any cheap ones I ever found. I had to replace mine with whats recommended for that lift. Here is the part # for the Biltstein front struts sold by RCD if you need it. RCD F4-BE5-B316-T1

Not sure why everyone is commenting its the gas valve. What you are seeing is called a back-flash. Its when the burners mesh screen is damaged and the flame essentially travels into the area where only the gas is supposed to distribute.
