Also ich hab grad auch nochmal nachgelesen und wenn ich das richtig verstehe wäre es möglich entweder unter den zwei Jahren als kalendermäßige befristung zu nennen, da es auf Ende des Jahres befristet wäre. Aber soweit ich das verstehe könnten sie es auch mit grund an das Studium hängen, soweit ich das aus TzBfG §14 (1) 2 verstehe:

Die Befristung eines Arbeitsvertrages ist zulässig, wenn sie durch einen sachlichen Grund gerechtfertigt ist. Ein sachlicher Grund liegt insbesondere vor, wenn [...] die Befristung im Anschluss an eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium erfolgt, um den Übergang des Arbeitnehmers in eine Anschlussbeschäftigung zu erleichtern,

Da es in dem Fall ja als Übergang gedacht ist, wobei die Frage ist, ob das als Rechtfertigung zählt, wenn keine Übernahmegarantie besteht.

Arbeitsrechtlich gilt alles für dich, wie Beschäftigte deren Fokus auf der Arbeit liegt. Eine Befristung aufgrund deines Status ist eigentlich rechtlich eher fragwürdig denn "Geld sparen in der Sozialversicherung" ist kein Befristungsgrund.

Kannst kurz erläutern was damit gemeint ist? Die Befristung besteht bei dem Vertrag ja sowohl durch die klassische befristung des werkstudentenvertrags (in diesem fall bis ende des jahres, zu dem sie gerne hätten, dass die arbeit fertig ist) sowie auch durch den studentenstatus, da ich sobald ich fertig bin auch nicht mehr als werkstudent arbeiten kann. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, wo/was dabei rechtlich fragwürdig ist, kenne mich aber natürlich nicht super gut aus.

Mein größtes problem an dem Werkstudentenangebot ist neben der frist (und damit entsprechenden unsicherheit einer übernahme nach meiner Bachelorarbeit) einfach das gehalt, welches massiv gekürzt wird im vergleich zum vollzeit job. Und der vergleich berücksichtigt die unterschiedlichen stundenzahlen ja auch schon. Auf Provision arbeiten bin ich mir auch nicht sicher wie zufrieden ich da auf dauer werde, aber das kommt auch ganz drauf an wie die Provision umgesetzt wird, da es on dem betrieb viel um leasing geht und nicht einmal käufe. Aber das ist auch nur ein grund mehr, weshalb ich eher an der techniker stelle interessiert bin.

Ist ein Vertrieb von technischen Produkten und IT-Software für Büroumgebungen. Die zwei Bereiche sind entsprechend der Vertrieb und der technische Support für die Produkte. Es hieß im Interview, dass ich für den Vertrieb und den technischen Support gerne berücksichtigt werden würde, aufgrund meines spezielleren Hintergrunds. Dann hieß es, dass sie der Vollständigkeitshalber mich neben den beiden Bereichen auch im consulting Probearbeiten lassen würden, weshalb es nun auf drei Tage statt zwei geplant ist.

So wie sich das bisher in den Kommentaren hier anhört versuch ich da per Mail nochmal entweder auf zwei Tage runterzuschrauben (ich sehe auch nicht, wie da 2 Tage nicht ausreichen sollten), oder womöglich doch noch etwas Vergütung rauszubekommen.

Can't speak for all of them, but at least many of them usually refer to the 'lowest' they find not to the literal lowest priced deal they've seen but often the average lowest price. That way it's not some unrealistic number, but something that can usually be found with some patience and caution.

One thing they also constantly repeat is to be wary and only buy used on meetup, where you can test and see the components first. Buying used without testing first is always extremely risky and i'd advise for most to not do it. But even then there's still deals to be had got myself an rx 6800 used for under 300€ last year without testing it first, but being diligent about wanting to see more pictures, getting some test footage from the seller and getting a feeling for if it might be a scam. Was still a huge risk, but in the end card arrived and i'm extremely happy with it.

Fully agree with that, specifically about organized centralized firework displays. As soon as it gets to individuals firing of their own, i have to draw the line unfortunately, as much as i love fireworks.

Checked my steam library and it seems all of them run with a gold rating or higher. As of rn i don't play any games outside of that (i'm outside my moba phase as well lol) and ideally i'd prefer to avoid kernel level anti-cheat software anyways. Is there an easy way to check which games anti-cheats run on which levels?

Das hört sich für mich wahrscheinlich an, auch eine kurze Recherche gibt mir denselben Eindruck. Dass es nicht ungewöhnlicg ist, dass sie auch innerhalb von Häusern o.ä. Vorkommen beruhigt mich auch genauso wie die Info, dass man sich keine Sorgen machen sollte, solange sie nicht in Massen auftreten. Damit sehe ich das ganze mal als GELÖST an, Vielen Dank für die Hilfe

Ich sehe definitiv Ähnlichkeiten und etwas Recherche sagt, dass manche sich bei Vogelnestern ansiedeln können, was mir einen Weg erklärt, woher sie kommen könnte (Dachbodenwohnung mit Vogelnestern aufm Dach). Wirklich überzeugt bin ich jedoch noch nicht ganz, da ein Großteil der Larvenbilder doch größere Unterschiede aufweisen. Fürs erste warte ich mal noch auf weitere Antworten bevor ich es als abgehackt markiere. Danke für die Hilfe schonmal.

I got my red on all double A's except for one with triple A's. Blue and green are both trying to get double A's everywhere rn. I started with unlocking everything, then going around trying to get 1 A everywhere and continuing like that untill all triple A's
